Welcome to Tulos. By accessing our website or booking any of our tutoring services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Us Tulos is a home tuition service provider. We connect students with qualified tutors for personalised, in-home or online tutoring sessions. For any queries, contact us at care@tutoringpoint.in.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions and packages must be paid for in full at the time of booking
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
  • Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice
  • Tulos reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at its discretion

3. Session Conduct

  • Students and parents/guardians are expected to treat tutors with respect
  • A safe and suitable environment must be provided for home tuition sessions
  • Tulos reserves the right to terminate a tutoring arrangement if conduct is deemed inappropriate

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance by contacting care@tutoringpoint.in
  • Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability and is not guaranteed
  • Sessions cancelled by the student without 24 hours' notice will be forfeited
  • In the rare event that Tulos cancels a session, a replacement session or credit will be offered

5. Refund Policy All sales are final. Please refer to our [No Refund Policy] for full details. Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances as outlined in that policy.

6. Tutor Assignment

  • Tulos will assign a suitable tutor based on the student's requirements
  • We reserve the right to reassign a tutor if necessary, with prior notice
  • Tulos does not guarantee a specific tutor unless explicitly agreed upon in writing

7. Confidentiality

  • All student information shared with Tulos is kept strictly confidential
  • Tutors are not permitted to share student details with third parties
  • Session feedback and progress reports are shared only with the student and their parent/guardian

8. Intellectual Property All study materials, worksheets, and resources provided by Tulos tutors remain the intellectual property of Tulos. They may not be reproduced, shared, or sold without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability Tulos is not liable for:

  • Any loss of learning outcomes or academic results
  • Any injury or damage occurring during home tuition sessions at the student's premises
  • Any disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, natural events)

10. Amendments Tulos reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
