At Tulos, we offer a combination of physical study materials and digital products alongside our home tuition services. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand what applies to your order.
1. What We Ship We only ship the following:
- Physical Books & Study Materials — printed books, workbooks, and physical learning resources
- Digital Products — ebooks, worksheets, notes, and other downloadable content
Tutoring sessions and service-based bookings are not subject to any shipping policy. They are delivered in-person or online as per your booking details.
2. Digital Products — Instant Delivery
- Digital products are delivered instantly to your registered email address upon successful payment
- No physical shipment is involved
- Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes

3. Physical Books & Study Materials
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
Shipping Time
- Delivery within India typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location
- Remote areas may experience longer delivery times
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout
- Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value, as communicated on our website
Shipping Partners
- We ship via trusted courier partners within India
- A tracking number will be shared with you via email once your order is dispatched
4. Delivery Address
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of placing the order
- Tulos is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at care@tutoringpoint.in
- In the case of a lost shipment, please allow 15 business days before reporting it as lost
- We will investigate and offer a replacement or resolution at our discretion
6. No Shipping for Services Home tuition sessions, tutoring packages, and all other service-based offerings from Tulos are not shipped. These are delivered directly by our tutors, either in-person at the student's location or via an online platform.
