No Refund Policy
All bookings and payments made at Tulos are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a session or package has been purchased.
By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Service-Based Nature As a home tuition service, our tutors dedicate their time and resources to prepare for each session. Once a session is booked and confirmed, the slot is reserved exclusively for the student, and no refunds will be issued.
Session Packages If you have purchased a package of sessions:
- Sessions must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase
- Unused sessions will not be refunded or carried forward beyond the validity period
- Sessions are non-transferable to another student
Missed or Cancelled Sessions
- Sessions missed by the student without prior notice will be considered consumed and are non-refundable
- If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance at care@tutoringpoint.in
- Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability and is not guaranteed
Exceptions We will only consider a refund or credit in the following circumstances:
- A session was cancelled by Tulos or the assigned tutor with no alternative offered
- A technical or administrative error occurred on our part
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours at care@tutoringpoint.in.
